Saudosa ships worldwide through our fulfillment partners.
Yes. We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.
No unexpected fees. International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout whenever applicable.
Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic orders: 2–7 business days
- International orders: 5–14 business days

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking link or track your order here.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, all Saudosa products are final sale. As we exclusively sell earrings, we do not accept returns for refunds.
In some cases, we may offer:
- Store credit
- An exchange for another style (subject to availability)
Requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- Earrings must be unworn and unused
- All original packaging must be included
- Items must be returned in original condition
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs related to exchanges or store credit requests.

- Keep them in their pouch or box when not in use
- Avoid sleeping or exercising while wearing them

Some Saudosa styles may be released in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.
